As I mentioned in my previous post, I love daytripping to Oxford Exchange. It’s (kind-of) on the way to Clearwater Beach, and a great way to spend a couple of hours. Oxford Exchange has a restaurant, a gift shop, a bookstore, and more. The decor is to die for, and makes the hour drive worth it. I’ll let you in on all my favorite spots there 🙂
The Restaurant
Every time I eat at Oxford Exchange, I tell whoever I’m dining with that I would be 100% content with my life if I could have Oxford Exchange for breakfast or lunch every day. I’ve tried the Kale Scramble for breakfast and the Seasonal Chopped salad for lunch (on two separate occasions). Both dishes were amazing, and the best part was that I didn’t feel guilty after finishing everything on my plate. The restaurant’s ingredients are mostly local and organic, which I absolutely love. Reservations are pretty easy to come by in my experience, especially when going on a weekday. I want to try the afternoon tea offering next time I go!
Buddy Brew Coffee
Buddy Brew Coffee at Oxford Exchange is probably one of my favorite coffee spots in Florida. It is very aesthetically pleasing, and the drinks do not disappoint. The baristas are also pretty friendly. I had an iced drink the first time I went there, but this time I ordered a caramel latte.
The latte art was really cute, and it was honestly the best latte I’ve ever had!
Gift Shop and Bookstore
The gift shop and bookstore are located on opposite ends of the building, but they are both worth checking out. There are so many collectibles and cute gifts suitable for almost everyone you know, including yourself. There’s also a Warby Parker for those who wear glasses (like me)!
Worth Mentioning: SOHO Donut Company
If you know me, you know that I love donuts. They make my days brighter and my nights more manageable. They make my heart sing. I HAD to check out the donut place on the corner of the street Oxford Exchange is located on. They have regular donuts as well as fancy and specialty ones. I ended up getting a S’mores donut.
It was everything I’ve ever dreamed of 🙂
Overall, I’m so glad I ended my spring break at Oxford Exchange and SOHO Donut Company. As always, I can’t wait to go back.
